The Emerging Municipal Sponsorship Professionals Programs offer two dedicated opportunities designed for individuals with less than three years of experience in the municipal sponsorship industry to enhance their overall Summit experience.
These programs are built to provide both foundational knowledge and personalized support, helping newer professionals gain confidence, build connections, and get the most value out of the Summit.
Included in this offering are the Pre-Summit Municipal Sponsorship 101 Session and the Summit Mentorship Program. Pre-registration is required for both these programs, but both are included as part of your Summit registration at no additional cost.
Municipal Sponsorship 101 Session
Our Pre-Summit Municipal Sponsorship 101 Session is designed specifically for those new to the Municipal Sponsorship industry, offering a high-level introduction to key concepts and best practices.
This optional session will cover foundational elements of municipal sponsorships and help set the stage for the deeper-dive discussions taking place throughout the Summit. It’s the perfect way to build a strong baseline understanding before engaging in more advanced sessions.
While this session is primarily intended for those with less than three years of experience, all delegates are welcome to attend. This pre-Summit session will take place on April 13th at 7:45 AMET. Pre-registration is required and can be completed through the link below.

2027 Summit Mentorship Program
The Summit Mentorship Program pairs emerging municipal sponsorship professionals with experienced municipal sponsorship leaders to provide guidance, support, and real-time insight throughout the two days of the Summit.
Designed exclusively for delegates with less than three years of experience, this program offers a unique opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity on session content, and receive practical advice from someone who has been in your position. When possible, mentors will attend sessions alongside their mentees to enhance the learning experience.
